Refund policy

At TheraDawn, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you benefit from an extended return period of 30 days, double the legal 14-day period.

1. Withdrawal period

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

2. Return conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must be :

• Unused: the device must not have been used (using the supplied paraffin for a few sessions is tolerated)
• In its original packaging, complete (device, mitts, socks, disposable gloves, paraffin block)
• In perfect working order, with no signs of abnormal use

3. Return procedure

The procedure is simple and completely free :

• Step 1: Contact us at contact@theradawn.com with your order number and the reason for the return
• Step 2: We send you a prepaid return label within 48 business hours
• Step 3: Send the parcel back following the instructions provided
• Step 4: Refund within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and check the product

4. Return costs

No cost to you. TheraDawn covers the full cost of the return via the prepaid label provided. You have nothing to pay.

5. Refund terms

The refund is made to the payment method used for the order (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay), within 5 to 7 business days after the parcel is received at our warehouse.

The time it takes to appear on your account then depends on your bank (usually 2 to 5 additional days). You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed.

6. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to :

• Disposable gloves and socks that have been used (for hygiene reasons)
• Products unsealed in conditions that prevent resale
• Personalized or custom-made orders

The main device remains returnable even if you have used the paraffin once or twice, provided the device is clean and in perfect working order.

7. Defective product

If you receive a defective product, you benefit from several cumulative warranties :

• Legal warranty of conformity: 2 years from delivery (article L.217-4 of the French Consumer Code)
• Warranty against hidden defects: article 1641 of the French Civil Code
• Manufacturer's warranty: 2 years against manufacturing defects

Contact us at contact@theradawn.com describing the defect, with photos. Depending on the case, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

8. Exchange

Our catalog currently contains only one product (the TheraDawn paraffin bath). The exchange option therefore does not apply: in case of dissatisfaction, we issue a refund.
